We believe healthcare is a fundamental human right.

Improving access to quality healthcare for the people of Haiti.

Our organization runs two health clinics and two maternity centers in one of Haiti’s most rural and remote areas, and for more than 27 years has managed numerous community-health programs.

We share our knowledge and resources with local partners to improve health infrastructure and strengthen the skills of medical professionals.

Our work is community-based and Haitian led.

Our Programs.

Our Impact.

Want to help? Here’s how:

  • Make a Gift.

With your generosity, we can continue running our programs which serve a community of nearly 100,000 in rural Haiti. Your financial contribution allows us to purchase medicines and equipment, fuel our ambulances, transport our team of doctors and nurses, and so much more.

  • Volunteer.

Donate your time, skills and knowledge as a medical volunteer at Hospital Bernard Mevs. Work alongside Haitian staff providing care in one of Haiti’s only critical care and trauma centers. Volunteers describe the experience as “enlightening and life-changing”, and many return year after year.

  • Fundraise.

Eager to give back to Haiti? Help us spread the word about our work by hosting a Facebook Fundraiser or create a fundraising page here. Teach your family, friends and community about the impact we have had in rural Haiti and engage them to give back to our programs.

  • Shop Our Partners.

When you make a purchase from ESPWA on The Shop Forward, you’re making a difference. Shop their collection of customizable t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, and so much more.

  • Become a Monthly Donor.

Make a lasting impact by creating a recurring monthly donation. Your generosity will allow us to continue our lifesaving medical care.

  • Join & Shop With iGive

iGive is a rebate program where members have the opportunity to donate their rebate to their chosen cause. Shop using their link and start giving back to Project Medishare at no extra cost to you!
